Tuesday, July 13th
3 PM - 5 PM:
Registration &Hospitality Room 2nd floor conference area.
7 PM:
Hospitality Room & Late Registration
Pre-Registration for a group trip to the National Museum of the U.S. Air Force. (We must provide a list of names interested in attending the museum and luncheon. This list is required by the base Special Events Coordinator, 3-days in advance. Please check-in).
Wednesday, July 14th
6 AM - 10 AM:
Complimentary Breakfast at hospitality area.
12 NOON:
Business meeting, lunch to follow in Hospitality area.
Hospitality Room opens after lunch.
Thursday, July 15th
6 AM - 10 AM:
Complimentary Breakfast at hospitality area.
9:30AM - 1:30PM:
Trip to Air Force Museum & Lunch at the Officers Club.
9AM:
Meet for trip.
9:30AM:
Leave the Doubletree for Museum.
11:30AM:
Board bus to go to Officers Club.
12 NOON:
Lunch at the Officers Club.
1:30PM:
Return to the Doubletree.
Hospitality Room opens after lunch.
6:30PM:
Dinner in Hospitality area.
Hospitality Room opens after dinner.
Friday, July 16th
6 AM - 10 AM:
Complimentary Breakfast at hospitality area.
Breakfast is included free everyday and served in the Hotel’s Hospitality Room (An area for our group will be designated during breakfast hours).
All guests are encouraged to stay over for the weekend to enjoy the WWII Air Plane fly-in. Doubletree is extending the group rate to anyone that wishes to stay on. There are many special programs planned for the fly-in including a demonstration by the Navy’s Blue Angels AND a chance to talk with the pilots and be up close with their aircraft.
There are many extra activities available within walking distance of The Doubletree as well as a FREE shuttle to any place within the city of Dayton. There is a baseball stadium to go see a ball game, The Wright Brothers Museum, Lays Potato Chip factory tours, to name a few.
